I was in the middle of writing something lengthy about the philosophy of inspiration, but let’s be honest, it wasn’t anything you haven’t read before. The fact of the matter is, work is very slow at the moment and I’ve felt rather stagnant—I certainly wasn’t inspired to create.
Routine is the enemy of creativity. The past few days, I’ve been more intentional about immersing myself in design in the effort to spur my creativity. Dusting off the old sketchbook, I stumbled upon a sketch from probably a year-and-a-half ago and decided to knock it out in Illustrator.
