Awareness Poster & Billboard Series (2010)
In Fall of 2010, we were assigned the class project of designing a poster to raise awareness for a current world issue. Inspired by an article in Wired Magazine, I designed a pair of posters for the problem of black-market body parts. The black-market being a dirty world, I thought that that dirt needed to play a role in the posters. I contrasted shocking statistics with cold type, imagery and copy for the posters, and also developed the concept into an additional billboard.
